J -Series (Semi-Standardized Products)

• J-Series products, with standardized sizes of holes, keyways and taps
• To meet customers variable needs, we now offer 5200 different configurations of 30 common items all with standardized sizes.
• By utilizing advanced production methods, we can offer quality, easy-to-use gears.
• Since J Series Products are processed on our JIT Production Line, this creates short lead-times for shipping (from the factory): within 2 working days (excluding the day ordered).
• Cancellation is not accepted as gears are machined immediately after ordering.

Quick modification of KHK stock gears (made in Japan)

• We have a special JIT (Just in Time) production line (in Japanese we call it Haguruma Kobo) exclusively for the modifications of Stock Gears.
• Each worker is a versatile performer who is able to handle turning, keyway broaching, boring, etc. all by himself.
• Thus, making prompt delivery and competitive pricing possible.
